Flagler County.

Up-and-coming, coastal and calm

Flagler County sits between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach, and it is growing fast. Its two faces are Palm Coast, a master-planned city of canals and golf, and Flagler Beach, a small surf town that has kept its fishing-village personality.

Palm Coast was planned from the start: curving waterways, boat access, and green space built into the design. It went from pine forest to one of the fastest-growing cities in the country, which means new homes, new parks, and new neighborhoods still arriving.

Flagler Beach is the opposite: small lots, slow pace, and a pier that has anchored the town since 1928, now being rebuilt stronger after Hurricane Ian. Buyers here tend to be looking for beach life without the crowd.
