Northeast Florida.

History and big-city river life

Northeast Florida pairs the oldest city in the United States with the largest city by land area in the lower 48. St. Augustine and Jacksonville offer two very different ways to live on Florida's East Coast, and both are within reach of our home base.

St. Augustine was founded in 1565, and the whole city wears its history: coquina walls, the Castillo de San Marcos, and Flagler College inside the old Ponce de León Hotel. It draws people who want charm, water, and a town you can walk.

Jacksonville is the other end of the spectrum: a million people along the St. Johns River, a major port, major employers, and its own beaches at the city's eastern edge. Between the two, Northeast Florida covers nearly every reason someone moves to the coast.
