Ormond Beach.

Quiet coastal streets with real roots

Ormond Beach is Daytona's quieter neighbor to the north, and the town Debbie has called home for decades. It is where the Intracoastal, the ocean, and a mature, tree-lined neighborhood life come together.

Ormond's long history includes the earliest days of auto racing, which is why it is called the Birthplace of Speed, and Henry Flagler's winter home, The Casements, still anchors its riverfront. Today the town is known for its residential streets, its parks, and a pace that suits people who want the coast without the crowds.

Homes range from beachside condos and bungalows to larger riverfront and Intracoastal properties. Farther north, the surrounding hamlets offer more land and less traffic for buyers who want that.
