Palm Coast.

A planned city built around water

Palm Coast is Florida's fast-growing planned city: incorporated in 1999 and still adding neighborhoods, with canals, golf courses, and a trail system woven through the design. It is Flagler County's largest city and its center of gravity.

The city was laid out on former pine forest with waterways as the organizing idea, and much of the housing stock backs up to canals or green space. Growth has been among the fastest in the country, which brings new homes, new parks, and new amenities.

Palm Coast is one of the few places on the coast where you can live on the water and still be a short drive from both St. Augustine and Daytona.
